Northern Freedom

But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in His wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.

Malachi 4:2 (NLT)

MISSION STATEMENT

That the Sun of Righteousness rise with healing in His wings over the people of the North through a healing centre and ministry that helps to awaken dreams, give keys, open doors, and releases healing and revival to the broken, hurting, and longing hearts of our people.

Our Story

In the fall of 2005, while walking the halls of Aurora College, Harold Gambler heard God say, “I have a dream”. That stopped him in his tracks, as he remembered Martin Luther King Jr.’s speech where he said “I have a dream...”

God said “I have a dream for a healing centre for the North." God has a dream for a healing centre for the North, and we are so honoured and privileged that God chose us to be His instruments in building that healing centre for the North.

We are in the first phase of our Northern Freedom ministry. We are a registered non-profit incorporated society with the Northwest Territories, and are also a registered charity with the Government of Canada. We are taking Northern Freedom ministry on the road by going into communities through ministry contacts we make and having gospel meetings. In these gospel meetings, we share our testimonies, share about the ministry of Northern Freedom, pray for attendees, provide one-on-one ministry, and provide biblical counselling.

We have started a building fund. Please join us as we seek to build God's healing centre for the North.
